Sub: Regarding inspections of Administrative and Operative Offices.

Kindly refer to this office OM No. 10-01/2020-Inspn (Pt.) dated 04.06.2021 on the above cited subject wherein revised guidelines on quarterly percentage for carrying out annual inspection for the year 2021 were issued.

2. In this context, I am directed to inform that the annual inspection programme of Circles for the year 2021 has already been approved by the Postal Directorate. Circles are requested to realign the already approved annual inspection programme for the year 2021 for CPMG/PMG/DPS at Circle level with the approval of Head of Circle keeping in view guidelines issued vide this office OM No. 10-01/2020-Inspn (Pt.) dated 04.06.2021.

3. No further revised Annual Inspection Programmes for the year 2021 in pursuance of above referred O.M., may be sent to the Postal Directorate.
