OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Sub: Creation of an extensive database in respect of all the Government Functionaries in the Ministries at Central/State/ Local Bodies level.
Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has decided to create a data base in respect of the functionaries under the administrative control of Ministries/Department including attached/subordinate/field offices to enable the Government to have better co-ordination among its different tiers of governance.
Accordingly, Adm.I Section, Ministry of Labour & Employment has requested to forward data containing the names/addresses/telephone no./e-mail address along with other relevant information in respect of Officers/officials working in Labour Bureau in the prescribed enclosed proforma. Hence, all the Divisional Heads of the Bureau are requested to collect and send the data base in the prescribed proforma in respect of each official working under his control to the undersigned latest by 23-07-2014 positively so that a consolidated data maybe sent to Ministry by 25-07-2014.
