ii) F.No.12/1/2019-JCA-2, dated: 20.12.2020.

With above reference (i) circular was issued for observing Dussera festival as Closed Holiday on 26th October, 2020 (Monday) in State of Telangana. However, with above reference (ii) it has been directed by the Ministry of personnel, Public Grievances and pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), Establishment (JCA-2) Section that 26th October, 2020 (Monday) will remain as Restricted Holiday and can not be treated as Closed Holiday in central Government offices.

In view of the above Circular in F.No.11.CGEWCC/Income Tax/Holiday-2020/2019-20, dated: 11.03.2020 stands withdrawn,
