If Complaint Committee has not recommended any action against the Charged Officer in a case of involving allegations of sexual harassment. there will be a scope for the complainant to prefer appeal
No Action on Anonymous complaints – CVC Circular
The enabling provision for taking action on anonymous complaints with verifyable facts as per Circular dated 11th Oct 2002 is now withdrawn
Declaration of Assets and Liabilities under Lokpal – last date extended – DOPT OM
DOPT Office Memorandum dated 12.04.2016 stipulates that last date for filing return as on 01.08.2014, 31.03.2015 and 31.03.2016 is 31.07.2016
Filing of return under Lokpal by Central Government Employees – Last date extended to 31st July 2016
Since Lokpal and Lokayuktas Amendment bill 2014 is pending before parliament it was expected that filing return under lokpal may be extended. Now DOPT has extended the last date for filing return to 31st July 2016

The existing Lokpal Act requires that all Group A, Group B and Group C Central Government Employees to file declaration of assets and liabilities of self, spouse and children every year
Filing of return under Lokpal on or before 15.04.2016 – DOPT latest instructions
The first return of assets and liabilities as on 1st August, 2014 and annual return of assets and liabilities as on 31st March, 2015 under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 – on or before 15th April, 2016
Declaration of Assets and Liabilities by IAS officers under Section 44 of the Lokpal Act
The first return as on 1st August, 2014 and next return as on 31st March 2015, under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 should be filed on or before the 15th April, 2016. The annual return as on 31st March, 2016 under the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 should be filed on or before the 31th July, 2016.
Filing of return under Lokpal by CSS Officers on or before 15th April 2016
The last date for submission of the returns is 15.04.2016. CSSS and CSCS officers who have not yet submitted the returns are requested to submit the same immediately without waiting for the last date.
