CVC has observed that there is a practice of obtaining donations by the associations/NGOs formed by either employees or their spouse etc. from the contractors, vendors, customers or other persons having commercial relationship / official dealing with the CPSE.

Department of Personnel & Training has issued an OM regarding Submission of Declaration of Immovable Property Returns by the Government servants of Group ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and erstwhile Group ‘D’. DoPT OM states that the last date for submission of returns is fixed as 31.01.2016.
In view of difficulties faced by Govt Employees for declaring assets and liabilities as prescribed by Lokpal Govt had extended the last date for filing returns as many as five times
Govt has extended the last date for filing Declaration of Assets and Liabilities under Lokpal by Government Servants from 15th October 2015 to 15.04.2016
Unless Govt is coming up with an OM for extension of last date for filing return under Lokpal before 15th October 2015, as it was done four times earlier, all Group A, Group B and Group C Central Government Employees will have to file the declaration on or before 15th October 2015
CSS Officers have been provided with online submission facility as far as Declaration of Assets and Liabilities under Lokpal is concerned. In order to utilise the same in to full use, DOPT instructs for filing declaration well before deadline
