PFMS Training Schedule for March 2026 Announced by Department of Expenditure
The Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, has released the PFMS (Public Financial Management System) training schedule for March 2026. These online sessions will be held on the Cisco Webex platform and are open to Central Government Ministries, Departments, Autonomous Bodies, State Government Agencies, and all PFMS-associated implementing agencies.

EAT – Expenditure Advance & Transfer

Audience All implementing agencies receiving grants under PFMS schemes
Purpose Receipt of funds, filing of expenditure, advance & settlement, and fund transfers to lower agencies

Training Timings
All training sessions will commence at:
⏰ 10:30 AM onwards
Registration Process
- Nominations are invited from implementing agencies, Central Ministries, and all stakeholders.
- Registration closes once required capacity is reached or 24 hours before the training date — whichever is earlier.
- Selection is on a first-come, first-served basis based on Google Form submission timestamp.
- Submit nominations online through the prescribed Google Form link provided in the Office Memorandum.
Important Instructions for Participants
- Trainings will be conducted online via Cisco Webex.
- Filling the Google registration form is compulsory; failure to register will result in exclusion.
- Nominations must be sponsored in writing by the competent authority of the concerned Ministry / Department / Institution / Organisation.
- Sponsoring letter must be uploaded while filling the form.
- An individual working for multiple schemes needs to register only once (mention multiple schemes in the form). However, separate registration is required for different modules.
- State Departments must coordinate with respective State Directorates for the EAT module training.
- Training link will be sent to the registered email ID and must not be shared with others.
- Recording or screen capturing of the training is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must join using their registered name exactly as submitted in the Google Form.
- Provide the correct email address to ensure receipt of the training link.
