Please find enclosed copies of reference cited OMs of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs regarding one time relaxation to the Allottees of General Pool Residential Accommodation in view of Novel Corona Virus.
2. In this regard, the period of relaxation i.e. from 17.03.2020 to 15.07.2020 & from 01.04.2021 to 30.06.2021 as envisaged in MoUD OMs cited under reference may also be allowed in the case of DAD Accommodation with the same terms and condition as laid down in above cited OMs.
