Spl incentive allowance to CBI non executive staff
The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) New Delhi, has decided that, a special incentive allowance of 15 % of Basic pay as revised after 6th CPC(Dearness Pay has been subsumed in this) would be admissible to the non executive staff of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) also, on par with the staff of Intelligence Bureau and R& AW. This special incentive allowance shall be admissible with immediate effect.

Subject :: Grant of Special Incentive Allowance for non executive staff in CBI.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to your ID Note No. DPWSU/2011/00113/05/01/2008 dated 6.4.2011, on the subject mentioned above and in pursuance of Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta Judgement dated 28.4.2011 in WPCT No. 118/2008 filed by SHri. Kisalay Mukherjee and others, approval of the competent authority is herby conveyed to the grant of Special incentive Allowance for the non executive staff in Central Bureau of Investigation @ 15 % of Basic pay, as revised after sixth CPC (Dearness Pay has been subsumed in this) on par with R& AW and IB.
2. The special Incentive allowance at the aforesaid rates shall be payable with effect from the date of issue of this Order.
3. This issues with the approval of the Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) vide UO No. 70/4/2003-IC dated 27.9.2011 and concurrence of IFD/MHA conveyed vide their Dy.No. 158/Fin.I/2011 dated 30.09.2011.
