On the above mentioned subject, Department of Personnel and Training vide O.M. No.12/4/2020-JCA dated 14.03.2024 (copy enclosed) has advised as under:

“It has been decided to declare the 14th April, 2024 (Sunday) as a holiday on account of the birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, for all Central Government Offices including Industrial Establishments throughout India.”

Zonal Railways and PUs may please bring the above to the notice of all concerned.
