Subject: Extension of Select List year 2003- Information regarding debarred candidates.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 11/1/2011-CS.II (B) dated 13th July, 2012. All the cadre units were requested to furnish inter-alia, the information regarding the candidates who were debarred for promotion to the grade of UDC for the Select List 2004,2005,2006 & 2007. The information has, however, either not been furnished by the cadre units or the same is incomplete.
2. All the cadre units are, therefore, requested to furnish the information regarding the candidates debarred for promotion to the grade of UDC for the Select List 2004,2005,2006 & 2007 in the enclosed proforma immediately. If the information is nil the same may also be intimated.
