Admin.procedure for dealing with MPs/MLAs
The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has laid down the detailed procedure to be adopted by the Administration for dealing with the Members of Parliament and State Legislatures. The importance of strictly following the instructions contained in the Central Secretariat Manual of Office procedure in this regard has been reiterated. Also, the OM contains the provisions in the matter for ready reference by user agencies.
