Adhoc appointments of PAs of CSSS-continuation of.
The Department of Personnel (DOPT) has issued a OM dated 29.06.2012 wherein it has been noted that the availability of regular PAs through normal modes of recruitment prescribed under the CSSS Rules may take some more time. The DOPT has decided to continue the period ad-hoc appointments of those PAs who have already been working as PAs on ad-hoc basis upto 31.12.2012 or till regular PAs become available, whichever is earlier.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Continuance of ad-hoc appointments in PA Grade of CSSS – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments O.M. of even number dated 12-1-2012 whereby Cadre Units were permitted to continue the ad-hoc appointments in the PA Grade of CSSS upto 30-06-2012 and to say that the continuation of the ad-hoc appointments in the PA Grade made by the Cadre Units have been reviewed in this Department. Since availability of regular PAs through normal modes of recruitment prescribed under the CSSS Rules may take some more time, it has been decided that the period of ad-hoc appointment of those PAs who have already been working as PAs on ad-hoc basis may be extended upto 31-12-2012 or till regular PAs become available, whichever is earlier.
