Subject: Implementation of eHRMS 2.0 in C.G.H.S.

The undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to implement eHRMS 2.0 in department from 1st October 2023.

2. From 1st October 2023, eHRMS 2.0 portal alone shall be used for the following Services:

• Application for Leave
• Application for LTC/LTC Advances
• Application of Private Foreign Visits
• Joining after leave
• GPF Advance/Withdrawal
• House Building Allowance
• Reimbursement of Newspaper Allowance, Telephone, Child Education Allowance & Medical Reimbursement
• Resignation/Technical Resignation
• Voluntary Retirement
• Lokpal Returns
• Immovable Property Returns for Group B and C staff of CGHS
• Intimation of Movable/Immovable Properties
• Disposal of Movable/Immovable Properties
• Computer Advance

3. Compliance report w.r.t. to the implementation is to be sent by the respective eHRMS Nodal Officer of CGHS to US CGHS I (email: [email protected]).
