OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: CGHS facilities to CAPF personnel posted in CGHS covered cities outside Delhi- regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to the Office Memorandum of even number dated 21.07.2011 and to state that this Ministry has been receiving representations from various CAPF organisations on the subject mentioned above.

The issue has been examined in the Ministry and it is to clarify that all CAPF (Central Armed Police Forces) personnel posted in CGHS covered cities are eligible for CGHS facilities at par with other Central Government employees.
