Subject: Face- to- Face / Offline Orientation Programme on Integrated Payment System in CBSE reg.

The Integrated Payment System (IPS) has been developed by CBSE for setting the tone of payment related digital governance by developing a reliable payment mechanism for the management and disbursement of various payments. The newly developed system has digitally transformed a previously manual and time consuming system into an efficient system that is devoid of human error. It has been decided by the Board to make all payments/honorarium & TA/DA to all the stakeholders/resource persons through IPS system. Now, it has been decided to implement this in full-fledged manner.

By organising Orientation/PRP Programme on Integrated Payment System (IPS) one shall be equipped with better knowledge /understanding of the IPS System which shall eventually provide them:

a. Exposure with the system.
b. Better understanding of the IT procedures.
c. Able to resolve the queries quickly.
d. Shall be time savvy.
e. Help in appropriate data entry.
f. Lead to timely financial transactions.

An Orientation Programme was organised in Online /Webinar/Live Streaming Mode on 30.12.2022 to train the resource persons regarding successful implementation of Integrated Payment System (IPS). At next stage, Resource Persons shall be identified/engaged by the respective CoEs for almost every district who will further provide Face-to-Face /Offline training to all the Principals and Teachers of Schools affiliated with CBSE in their respective districts.

It may be noted that it is mandatory for all schools affiliated with CBSE to attend this programme.

The details of the Stage –B Orientation Programme on Integrated Payment System (IPS) is as under:

• Title of the Programme : Face- to- Face / Offline Orientation Programme on Integrated Payment
  System (IPS) in CBSE.
• Date : 09.01.2023 – 13.01.2023 (Any one day in each district as fixed by respective CoE).
• Duration of the Session : One hour
• Mode : Face-to-Face/Offline
• Participants : One Principal and one Teacher preferably having IT background from each school.
