Sub:-Travelling Entitlements for the employees of the Autonomous Bodies working under the Ministry of Labour and Employment – regarding.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that it has been observed that certain autonomous bodies under the Ministry have been fallowing the travelling entitlements for their employees which are higher than the entittements prescribed by Deptt. of Expenditure for the Central Government Employees.
2. All autonomous bodies are therefore requested to ensure that the travelling entitlement guidelines adopted by them are not higher than the entitlements/limits prescribed by Deptt. of Expenditure for similarly placed Central Government employees. A compliance report may please be furnished to the Ministry with 15 days.
3. This issues with the approval of the Hon’ble Minister of Labour and Employment.
