On Monday, the state Information Technology department issued a Government Resolution (GR) asking all the government departments not to use google translator facility for translation purpose.

7th CPC has recommended that Posts of Railway Commercial Clerks, Enquiry Cum Reservation Clerks (ECRCs) and Ticket Checking staff (TTEs and TCs) are merged as Commercial and Ticketing Staff and then placed in the appropriate level in the new pay matrix
Indian Railways has increased Tatkal charges from Rs.10 to Rs.100. The maximum reservation charges for A.C. Third Class, has been increased from Rs.350 to Rs.400. The minimum charges have been increased from Rs.250 to Rs.300.
7th Pay Commission has recommended that Assistant Station Masters to be upgraded to Station Masters and fixed with GP of 4200 and then fitted in the revised Pay Matrix. ASM Post has been recommended for abolition.
7th Pay Commission has approved upgradation of pay of ACIO I and ACIO II in IB, the pay of corresponding ranks in CBI. Sub Inspector and Inspector in CBI are upgraded from GP 4200 to GP 4600 and that of Inspector from GP 4600 to GP 4800.
7th Pay Commission recommends for grant of higher grade pay of 4600 to ACIO-II and GP of 4800 to ACIO-I. These cadres are presently eligible for grade pay of Rs. 4200 and Rs. 4600 respectively. 7cpc proposes to increase their grade pay before fixation in new pay matrix
7th Pay Commission recommends that the Technical Operator (Drilling) of Central Ground Water Board (CGWB) be given GP 1900 at par with Technical Operators of Geological Survey of India (GSI) and be combined with the post of Compressor.
7th pay Commission recommends upgradation in pay of Planning Assistants to GP 4600 from the existing GP 4200. Planning Assistants who posses Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience considered for upgradation. Those who do not posses the required qualification may be granted parity subject to their completion of six years’ service in the grade.
7th Pay Commission recommends Technical Officers in the Office of the Textile Commissioner from GP 4200 to GP 4600. and lie in the scale of Assistant Director Grade II (Technical). Assistant Director Gr. II (Technical) moved in the next higher GP 4800. The next promotional post of Assistant Director Grade I (Technical) shall remain in the existing GP 5400 (PB-3).
7th Pay Commission recommends upgradation of the post of DG, CSO to apex scale in the Indian Statistical Service. The post is placed in the level L-17 in the new pay matrix. The DG, CSO was also recommended the status of Special Secretary to the Government of India and recommended to be encadred in the Indian Statistical Service.
