Confederation is hopeful of getting the final decision of Govt on 7th Pay Commission recommendations before 11th July 2016. It further says that all employees should be prepared for a struggle against the Govt if no imporvement is made on 7th CPC recommendations
Earlier 7th Pay Commission in its report has observed that NPA has to be paid at 20% of Basic Pay as against 25% paid now and that NPA should not be taken in to account for the purpose of calculating HRA
