Ministry of Ayush Invites Applications for Consultant Positions on Contract Basis

The Ministry of Ayush, Government of India has invited applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Consultants, Legal Consultants, and Senior Project Consultants on a contractual basis. The recruitment is primarily aimed at retired government officers and experienced professionals to support the Ministry’s administrative, legal, and project-related work.

Posts Available

A total of 7 positions are advertised:

• Consultants – 4 posts
• Legal Consultants – 2 posts
• Senior Project Consultant – 1 post

In addition, a panel will be prepared to meet future requirements of the Ministry.

Eligibility & Age Limit

• Consultants: Retired officers from the posts of Section Officer, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director, or equivalent in Government of India.
• Legal Consultants: Bachelor’s degree in Law with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Senior Project Consultant: Degree in Civil Engineering or a postgraduate degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure project planning, monitoring, and execution.
• Age limit: Not more than 64 years as on the closing date.

Tenure & Place of Work

• Initial engagement will be for one year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
• Place of posting will be Ayush Bhawan, INA, New Delhi, or NBCC Building, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi.
