1. Registrar (02 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group A, Level-13 of Pay Matrix (₹37,400 – ₹67,000) with Grade Pay of ₹8,700.
- Location: Likely to be available in Kolkata and Patna or any other bench.

- Officers with a degree in law holding:
- Analogous posts in Central/State Government/High Courts; or
- Grade Pay of ₹7,600 with 5 years of regular service (revised to Level 12 in 7th CPC); or
- Grade Pay of ₹6,600 with 10 years of regular service (revised to Level 11 in 7th CPC).
- Judicial Officers holding posts like District Judge or Additional Registrar in High Courts on a regular basis.
2. Joint Registrar (05 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group A, Level-12 of Pay Matrix (₹15,600 – ₹39,100) with Grade Pay of ₹7,600.
- Location: Vacancies likely to be available in Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Guwahati, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kolkata, and Srinagar.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Officers possessing a degree in law holding:
- Analogous posts in Central/State Government/High Courts; or
- At least 5 years of service with Grade Pay ₹6,600 (revised to Level 11 in 7th CPC); or
- Judicial Officers with 8 years of regular service.
3. Deputy Registrar (Protocol) (01 Position)
- Pay Level: Group A, Level-11 of Pay Matrix (₹15,600 – ₹39,100) with Grade Pay of ₹6,600.
- Location: Likely vacancies at the Principal Bench (New Delhi), Hyderabad, Jammu, and Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Officers of Central/State Government/High Courts holding:
- Analogous posts on regular basis; or
- 5 years of service in Grade Pay ₹5,400; or
- 6 years of service in Grade Pay ₹4,800.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (may be relaxed for deserving candidates with DoP&T approval).
4. Principal Private Secretary (01 Position)
- Pay Level: Group A, Level-11 of Pay Matrix (₹15,600 – ₹39,100) with Grade Pay of ₹6,600.
- Location: Likely in Allahabad, Chennai, Ernakulam.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Officers holding analogous posts of Principal Private Secretary in Central/State Government/High Courts, with 8 years of combined regular service.
5. Deputy Controller of Accounts (01 Position)
- Pay Level: Group A, Level-11 of Pay Matrix (₹15,600 – ₹39,100) with Grade Pay of ₹6,600.
- Location: New Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Officers working as Deputy Controller of Accounts in the Central Departmentalized Accounting Organization with 2 years of service in the grade or 10 years in the Accounts Officer grade.
6. Section Officer/Court Officer (22 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group B, Level-08 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹4,800.
- Location: New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jammu, Kolkata, and more.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Central/State Government/High Court/Subordinate Courts employees holding analogous posts with 8 years of service in the Assistant post.
- Desirable: Degree in Law.
7. Private Secretary (02 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group B, Level-08 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹4,800.
- Location: Various benches including Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Stenographers holding analogous posts with 6 years of regular service.
8. Accounts Officer (02 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group B, Level-07 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹4,600.
- Location: Available at Chandigarh, Ernakulam, Kolkata, and Patna.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Accounts/Audit Officers from Organized Accounts Departments or other equivalent posts with relevant experience in accounts work.
9. Assistant Library and Information Officer (04 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group B, Level-07 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹4,600.
- Location: Various benches including Ahmedabad, Ernakulam, etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with 2 years of experience in a relevant library role.
10. Junior Accounts Officer (07 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group B, Level-06 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹4,200.
- Location: Multiple locations including Jodhpur and Guwahati.
Eligibility Criteria:
- SAS Accountants or Junior Accountants with experience in cash and accounts work.
11. Caretaker (04 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group B, Level-06 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹4,200.
- Location: Chennai, Kolkata, and others.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Analogous posts or similar roles with experience in care-taking work.
12. Senior Accountant (11 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group C, Level-05 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹2,800.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Senior Accountants or equivalent roles with experience in departmentalized accounting.
13. Junior Accountant (05 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group C, Level-04 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹2,400.
- Location: Various locations including Chandigarh, Kolkata.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Junior Accountants with experience in departmentalized accounting systems.
14. Dispatch Rider (05 Positions)
- Pay Level: Group C, Level-02 of Pay Matrix (₹9,300 – ₹34,800) with Grade Pay of ₹1,900.
- Location: Hyderabad, Kolkata, Srinagar.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Group ‘C’ employees with 2 years of experience in driving Motor Cycle or Auto Rickshaw.
- Ex-Servicemen: Considered under deputation terms.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years for deputation.
- Deputation Period: Deputation period generally extends for up to 5 years.
