Willingness for appt. as Information Commissioners

The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has circulated the Government's intention to post more Number of  Information Commissioners in the Central Information Commission. Willingness from eligible eminent personalities for appointment as Information Commissioner has been called for.

The qualifications, terms of the appointment, conditions of eligibility etc. have been enumerated in the OM dated 29.10.2011.
