Sub: Relaxation in the condition of acquiring higher qualifications for grant of Selection Grade under CAS to miscellaneous category of teachers.
Ref: Railway Board’s letter No. E(P&A)I-2012/PS-5/PE-3 dated 07.09.2022 (RBE No. 110/2022)
Attention is invited to Railway Board’s letter referred above relaxing the condition of acquiring higher qualifications for grant of Selection Grade under Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) to miscellaneous category of teachers.
2. On receipt of a reference from a Zonal Railway regarding date of effect of Board’s letter dated 07.09.2022 (RBE No. 110/2022), the matter has been examined in Board’s Office and it is stated that Board’s instructions dated 07.09.2022 would be effective from the date of issue of the instructions i.e. 07.09.2022.
3. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
4, Please acknowledge receipt.
