NFIR instructs its cadres to wear black badge on 19.11.2015 in protest against Engineered Delay in submission of 7th Pay Commission
NFIR issued a communication to its cadre to protest against Government and to organize massive protest demonstration/Dharnas in front of all work places/offices on 19th November 2015, wearing Black Badges to register our anger and resentment.

Sub:Meeting of National Joint Council of Action(NJCA) held on 30/09/2015 at New Delhi.
Ref: GS/NFIR’s letter No.IV/NJCA(N)/2014 dated 01/10/2015.
In continuation to this office letter dated 01-10-2015, cited under reference, it is to be noted that in the meeting of NJCA held at New Delhi on 30-09-2015, it was decided to defer the”Strike action” form 23rd November 2015 to a later date during Budget Session of the Parliament i.e.from February to April 2016.
All the affiliates may take note of the above decision and equally work for united action for building up total mobilization of employees for launching struggle as and when NJCA gives decision.
It may also be ensured that the affiliates should take necessary action to organize massive protest demonstration/Dharnas in front of all work places/offices on 19th November 2015, wearing Black Badges to register our anger and resentment over the Government’s action in engineering delay in the submission of the report by the 7th CPC.
