Details of non-gazetted post falling in different medical classifications over Indian Railways was circulated vide Board’s letter cited under reference.

After careful consideration of the matter and in consultation with user departments, it has been decided, with the approval of Competent Authority that the medical classification of the following posts will be C-2 (Cey Two):

Accordingly, in supersession of all previous instructions relating to medical categorization of above mentioned posts over Indian Railways, all the posts will henceforth be categorized in medical classification CEY-TWO (C-2).
