Ref: 1. This office letter of even number dated 29.04.2022.
2. Requests received from various Zonal Railways.

Considering the requests of Zonal Railways, in continuation of this office letter of even number dated 29.04.2022, it has now been decided that the feature of Trip ID based deposit of cash of Ticket checking staff at UTS counters will now be mandatory from 01.09.2022 as final extension and till such time both options i.e. direct deposit of TTE/TC cash at UTS counter & through Trip ID based will be available in UTS at all the nominated stations. In the meanwhile, the Zonal Railways may ensure the requisite infrastructure in the lobbies.

SCR and SWR vide letters ref. (1}&(2) respectively above (copies enclosed), have highlighted issues related to Trip ID based cash deposit at UTS. CRIS may examine the issues and rectify accordingly under advice to this office.

Apart from above, CRIS may also extend the facility to upload details of issued EFTs in VTE lobby application through web-based link from 18.07.2022 to the below mentioned lobbies of SCR & SWR:
