Sub: Implementation of Manpower Planning sub-module of Cadre Management Module of HRMS reg.
Ref: Board’s letter No. PC-VII/2021/HRMS/30 dated 27.02.2024
Kindly refer to Board’s letter under reference vide which detailed guidelines regarding launch of Manpower Planning sub-module of Cadre Management with effect from 1st March, 2024 were issued. Consequently, the data entered by the Field Units in the Cadre Management Module was locked.
2. Some of the Zonal Railways have informed that there are certain corrections and completions to be done in the MPP. The matter has been examined by the competent authority and it has been decided that the Zonal Railways may send to Railway Board the details of cadres whose data has not been entered into the Cadre related modules. The following details may be provided for each such cadre:
i. Name of the Cadre
ii. No. of Posts in the cadre including Pay Levels of each post
iii. Bill Unit of the posts in the cadre
iv. Issues faced in data entry of the said cadre and modifications required
3. The aforementioned details may be sent to Board’s office latest by 18th March, 2024 in prescribed format, following which the subsequent course of action will be advised. The details may only be shared through e-mail ([email protected]). The zones may certify that no further corrections are pending. It may be appreciated that this extension is being granted for the purpose of final data entry and no further extension will be given for the same.
4. Notwithstanding the above, the MPP module is made operational and all creations, transfers, redistributions and surrenders will have to be done through HRMS only.
5. If the corrections in a particular cadre will not impact the surrenders proposed to be made in the cadre, the same may be processed despite the corrections and the same may be intimated to the Railway Board.
6. This is issued with the approval of competent authority.
