Sub: Seeking of CVC advice pertaining to Railway PSUs.
1) While rendering first stage advice in one tender case pertaining to a Railway PSU, the Commission observed that in a case where employees from different organizations under Railway Board are involved in same case, all employees shall be considered together for seeking advice of Commission as composite case.
2) Further, in terms of Para 816.3 of IRVM 2018, the cases involving Railway Officers (Gr. ‘A’) on deputation to PSUs/PSEs are required to be submitted to Railway Board for obtaining CVC’s advice.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority for compliance.
