Guidelines for holding Pension Adalats
We all know, Pension Adalats are conducted in Ministries Like Defence, Railways, Posts etc. from time to time wherein on the spot decisions are taken for prompt resolution of pensioner's grievances. The Department of Pension and Pensioner's Welfare has now circulated the detailed guidelines for holding Pension Adalats by various Ministries/Departments.
The guidelines contain the objectives, manner of conducting Pension adalat, Prescribed Frequency, time, date, publicity about the adalat, what are all the composition of adalat, jurisdiction, Venue of holding, evaluation and monitoring mechanism etc.
