Draft Notification relating to the amendment in the All India Services (Discipline &Appeal) Rules 1969 – Comments called for from all states
Personnel Ministry invites comments on the draft Notification with relate to amendment in the All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules 1969 on or before 20.05.2015. The letter addressed to the Chief Secretaries of all the States/ UTs is reproduced below:

Sir /Madam,
I  am directed  to refer  to the Draft Notification  relating  to the amendments in the All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1969,  prepared  after consultation  with the State Governments / Cadre  Controlling  Authorities  and to  invite  further comments  on  the said  Draft Notification  within  30 days (i.e. 20th May 2015). The Draft Notification is appended  below.  The comments,  if any, may  be emailed  at [email protected]  and the comments  received.  after due date shall not be entertained.
