Transparency measures to prevent malpractice by external parties in ECHS – Advisory on Empanelment of Healthcare Organization
ADVISORY: TRANSPARENCY MEASURES TO PREVENT MALPRACTICE BY EXTERNAL PARTIES IN ECHS
1. Please refer Empanelment SOP uploaded on ECHS website.
2. At ECHS, we pride ourselves on our commitment Integrity, Transparency and Ethical Practices. As part of our ongoing efforts to empanel the healthcare organization with ECHS and uphold these values, we are taking proactive steps to address and prevent any potential malpractice by external parties that interact with our organization.
3. We will clearly communicate our Ethical Standards and Expections to all external parties. This includes providing detailed guidelines and codes of conduct that must be adhered during any interactions with our organization. Informations related to empanelment are being uploaded on ECHS website on the regular basis.
4. We believe that by implementing proactive measures we can Significantly reduce the risk of malpractice and foster a Cultutre of Transparency and Ethical behavior. We remain committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our stakeholders by upholding the Highest Standards of Integrity and Transparency in all our dealings.
5. Any discrepancies, complaints or irregularities related to empanelment of HCOs will be directly and promptly addressed by MD, CO ECHS (MDECHS-MOD[at]nic.in), Dir Vig (dirvigilance[at]echs.gov.in) and Dir C & L (“(DIRCOMPLAINTS-MOD[at]nic.in) at CO ECHS.
