Subiect: Revoking of suspension of empanelment of Dr. S.S. Doda’s Ultrasound Centre, Pusa Road, New Delhi under CGHS.
With reference to the above mentioned matter the undersigned is directed to draw attention to the Office Order of even number dated 04.08.2015 vide which empanelment of Dr. S.S. Doda’s Ultrasound Centre, New Delhi was suspended from the list of empanelled diagnostic centres under CGHS till further orders. In response to the explanation given by the diagnostic centre, it has now been decided to revoke suspension of empanelment of Dr. S.S. Doda’s Ultrasound Centre with issuance of this order, initially for a period of six months from date of issue of this order, during which this centre would be monitored for its commitment towards CGHS beneficiaries. The empanelment would be for all those facilities available in the diagnostic centre and as per same terms & conditions on which it was empanelled prior to 04.08.2015.
