Subject: Compilation of vacancies in the Personal Assistant (PA) grade of CSSS for the Select List year 2011.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 27.9.2012 and subsequent reminder dated 23.10.2012 on the subject noted above and to say that it has been observed that the requisite information for compilation of vacancies in PA grade for Select List year 2011 has not yet been received from 18 cadre units of CSSS till date whereas all Cadre Units had been requested to furnish the requisite information by 19.10.2012. The information is urgently required for furnishing the same to SSC for PA Grade LDCE-2011.
Therefore, the defaulting’ cadre Units are requested to depute their concerned Section Officers to attend a meeting on 16.11.2012 at 2.30 PM/DOPT Hall, Room No.2, 3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan, Khan Market. New Delhi.
