Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• Retired officers from the post of Under Secretary or equivalent
• Must have served in Pay Level-11 or above
• Experience in administration/accounts and government functioning
• Working knowledge of MS Office, computer handling, and internet browsing
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 62 years (as on closing date)

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in RTI matters
• Degree in Law (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
• Experience in judicial/legal work in courts, tribunals, or similar bodies

Selection Process

• Selection will be purely on contract basis
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
• A panel will be formed based on interview performance

Terms of Engagement

• Initial engagement for 3 months, extendable up to 6 months based on performance
• Fixed monthly remuneration (adjusted against pension drawn)
• No annual increment during the contract period
• No entitlement to perks like HRA, CCA, or accommodation
• Transport allowance may be provided (as per applicable rates)
• No TA/DA for joining or completion of assignment
• Leave allowed: 1.5 days per month (no carry forward beyond a year)
