Subject: – Guidelines for transfer to regulate transfers of Group ‘C’ officials, Group ‘B’(non-gazetted) officials and Assistant Superintendent of Posts

I am directed to refer to Directorate letter noNo. X-12/6/2021-SPN-II-DOP(Part) dated 02.09.2021 on subject mentioned above vide which instructions related to temporary transfer was issued.
2. Directorate is in receipt of various references seeking clarification regarding drawal of pay and allowances of official on temporary transfer from one unit to another.
3. The matter has been examined and it is clarified that pay and allowances of Official working on temporary transfer shall be drawn by borrowing unit.
