Timely completion of APAR of CSS Officers

The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has noted that  inspite of regular circulation of information regarding missing ACRs of CSS officers in the zone of consideration for promotion and uploading the information in the website of DOPT.,  the ACRs of large number of CSS Officers for two to three years, even 5 to 6 years have not been received.  This results in delay of holding DPCs for promotion.  Therefore, the DOPT has issued a list of Officers of Under Secretary and above, whose PARs/ACRs were yet to be received.  The DOPT has directed that the completion of pending APARs of all CSS Officers is to be done on or before 31st August, 2011 without fail.
