  1. My hometown is same as the headquarters where I am Posted, can i still avail benefits of LTC Conversion to J&K/ NE Region? Actually Admin Office here says that I am not eligible for Home Town LTC, hence conversion rules doesnot apply here. But as per O.M. 31011/3/2014-Estt.(A-IV) dated 26th Sept.,2014, All eligible Government servants may avail LTC to visit any place in NER/ A&N against the conversion of one block of their Home Town LTC. Fresh Recruits are also eligible for this benefit against conversion of one of the three Home Towns in a block of four years applicable to them.

Kindly clarify me whether this Conversion is possible in case hometown and heaquarter is same?
