Sub: Special permission for retention of Railway accommodation at previous place of posting to officers on deputation to HRIDC for HORC (Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor) Project.

On consideration of request received from Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (HRIDC) and in exercise of the powers vested in it to make reasonable relaxations in public interest for a class/group of employees, in all or any of the provisions regarding house allotment/retention, the full Board have decided that Railway officers on deputation to HRIDC for Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC) Project may be allowed to retain Railway quarters allotted to them including in Delhi area, upto a maximum limit of 04(four) quarters, subject to the condition that HRIDC would provide leased accommodation or deposit equivalent lease amount with Railway as per concerned Railway’s preference, in lieu of all houses retained by officers on deputation to HRIDC, to the officers of concerned Zonal Railway(s) as per the officer’s choice according to Railway priority list, at the rate of lease entitlement of corresponding grade of officer of HRIDC.

2. The retention of such Railway accommodation is permitted for a period of 05(five) years from the date of issue of this letter.

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
