Sub: Revision of rates of stipend to apprentices and trainees on Railways.
CORRIGENDUM
Attention is invited to Board’s letter dt. 23-8-2022 (RBE No.100/2022) whereby the opening sentence of para of Board’s letter dated 15-7-2022 (RBE No. 83/2022) has been revised. The opening sentence of para 1 of the said letter may now be read as under:-
“The issue regarding revision of rate of stipend for Station Master’s category has been under consideration pursuant to the demand raised by All India Railwaymen’s Federation (AIRF) in the PNM forum as item No. 42/2018 and 03/2021 and pursuant to the issue taken up by National Federation of Indian Railwaymen (NFIR) with Railway Board due to upgradation and merger of the post of ASM with SM w.ef. 01-01-2016.”
