In Continuation to this office letters of even number dated 21.03.2022 & 26.09.2022, 28.10.2022 & 11.11.2022 it is to inform that the reply from your department is still pending. Hence, it is once again requested to send the list of Contractors & Contract labours under your control along with Police verification details to this office immediately as a reply to Railway Board through SCR HQ is pending since a long time. In this regard, it is to inform that during the year-2022, GRP had registered cases against 03 contractual labours working at various department for having involved in illegal activities.

As such, you are once again requested to kindly bestow your personal attention and see that the reply is sent immediately keeping in view the urgency
