Sub: Opening of window period for review and submission of representation in respect of APARs finalised through HRMS for the year 2022-2023.
A demand has been raised by the staff federations to open the window period for review and submission of representation in respect of APARs finalised through HRMS.
2. The demand was examined in consultation with the concerned directorates in detail taking into account of all related factors such as number of APARs pending at each levels selections already finalised etc. After due deliberation, it has been decided by the Competent Authority to open the window period for review and submission of representation in respect of APARs finalised through HRMS for the year 2022-2023 for a period upto 15th July,2024.
3. All the field units are requested to take necessary action to finalise the pending APARs at review stage and the representation thereof pending if any. It may be noted that the window being opened as a one-time dispensation and no further request for opening the window will be entertained. This will not be considered for reopening finalised selections.
4. This issues in consultation with Establishment Directorate and approval of Competent Authority.
