Sub: Complete bedroll kit (linen & blanket) to RAC passengers.

Ref: Railway Board’s letters Nos. 2016/EnHM/26/01 dated 16.11.2016 & 12.12.2017 (copies enclosed)

Please refer to Railway Board’s letter under reference vide which it has been advised that bed roll kits may be provided to each RAC passenger in AC Classes (except AC Chair Car) as the bed roll charges are included in fare and charged from each of them.

2. In this regard, it is reiterated that complete bedroll kit (linen & blanket) should be provided to RAC passengers in AC Classes (except AC Chair Car) at par with other bonafide passengers travelling in the coach.

3. The above instructions need to be strictly adhered to.
