All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association has represented that various Zonal Railways are adopting different policy to circulate the list of office bearers of Branch Executive Committee of All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association.

In this regard, it may be mentioned that as per para (xvi) unit of amended bye-laws of the Association. the list of Executive body will be signed and submitted to the Railway Administration by the President and Secretary of respective upper body.

Further. the same has been clarified vide letters under reference w.r.t circulation of list of office bearers of All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association of CEC/ZEC and DEC.

It is therefore advised to circulate the list of Executive body including the Branch Executive Committee which is signed and submitted to the Railway Administration by the President and Secretary of respective upper body.

This may be brought to the notice of all concerned for strict compliance.
