Dear Sir,

Authorisation of Bandhan Bank Ltd. for disbursement of Pensions through e-PPOs on behalf of Ministry of Railways.

On the basis of the request received from the Office of the Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide letter No. R-23001/1/2021-GBA-CGA/770 dated November 23, 2023, we hereby authorise Bandhan Bank Ltd. for disbursement of Pensions through e-PPOs on behalf of Ministry of Railways.

2. Accordingly, Bandhan Bank Ltd. should adhere to the instructions issued by Reserve Bank of India, the Office of the Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Railways from time to time. Further, the date of commencement of the above mentioned Government business by the bank may please be communicated to all concerned including the Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Central Accounts Section, Nagpur-440 001, under advice to us.
