Property details of Group A Officers in public domain
The Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi (DOPT) has referred to the Department's O.M dated 11 04.2011 followed by reminder dated 23.05.2011 regarding filing of Annual Immovable Property Returns by all Group A Officers working in various Ministries/Departments. The DOPT has directed that all the Immovable Property Returns(lPRs) of members of Group 'A' Central Services (which were to be submitted by 31.01.2011 for the year 2010) were to be put in the public domain by 31.05.2011. All Ministries/Departments have been directed that the compliance position in respect of Group 'A' Central Services of the Ministry shall be sent to DOP&T by 15.06.2011 positively.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject : Submission of Immovable Property Returns by officers of Group A Central Services for the year 2010 (as on 01.01.2011) – Placing of the public domain regarding.
Rule 18 (1) (ii) of the CCS (Conduct) Rules have provision for submission of annual property returns in respect of immovable property by all Group 'A' and 'B' officers by 3lStJanuary of each year. Conduct Rules for Railways and other Rules in respect of Central Government servants contain similar provisions.
2. It has been decided that the immovable property returns submitted by members of all Group 'A' Services of the Central Government for the year 2010 i.e. as on 01 .01.2011 will be placed in public domain by the respective cadre controlling authorities by 31.05.2011. A copy of the circular in this connection issued by Establishment Officer to all Ministries/Departments is also enclosed herewith.
3. All the Cadre Controlling authorities in respect of Group 'A' Central Services are requested to ensure compliance. They are also requested to report status on 31.05.2011 posiitively.
