Subject: The settlement of pension and pensionary benefits of government servants, who opt for government service in case of conversion of Government Department into PSU/ PSE/ corporation etc. (if any)
References are being received from various Ministries/Departments regarding streamlining the procedure to be adopted in cases covered on the subject cited above.
2. You are, therefore, requested to send the necessary data i.e. number of government servants (along with retirement date) who opted for government service on conversion of Government Department into PSU/corporation and the number of departments covered and procedure being followed for processing their cases presently, if any. The above said information may be provided in the enclosed template.
