Duplicate Copy of Defence Pension Payment Order

The procedure for obtaining duplicate copy of Pension Payment Order in lieu of Lost one  (which is covered under Para 5.1 and 5.2 of Defense Pension Payment Payment Instructions 2005 ) have been issued for information and guidance of defence pensioners.
