DISABILITY PENSION
40. SHRI NEERAJ DANGI:
Will the Minister of Defence be pleased to state:
(a) the number of defence personnel who have been provided disability pension during the last five years and current year;
(b) whether Government is aware of the fact that many officers of the Indian Army did not receive their disability pension and service pension even one year after getting retired from the service; and
(c) if so, the total number of such pending cases till date?

(a): Details of the total number of defence forces personnel provided disability pension/disability element during the last five years and the current year are as follows:
