Clarification On Final Claim of LTC – Enclosing print out of the web page/lowest fare certificate issued by authorized travel agent: PCDA Order dated 21.02.2023

Subject: Clarification On Final Claim of LTC.
Reference: DOP&T F. No. 31011/12/2022-Estt.A-IV dated 29.08.2022.
Attention is invited to DOP&T OM cited under reference wherein it is explicitly mentioned that officials booking tickets to avail LTC may invariably obtain print-out of the Web Page for settlement of claim. However, this office is receiving large number of claims where this mandatory requirement is not fulfilled.
2. All directorates and offices are therefore advised to issue instruction to the officers/staff that Officials availing the LTC may invariably obtain print-out of the Web Page to ensure the cheapest fare in the slot and submit the same with final claim of LTC. All directorate/Offices may ensure the compliance of the same before forwarding the final claim to this office. In future claims may not be entertained without enclosing print out of the web page/lowest fare certificate issued by authorized travel agent.
