Subject: Preparation of panel for PPS of Select List year 2012. Calling for deficient APARs — regarding.
The undersigned is directed to say that this Department is in the process of preparation of proposal for regular promotions to the PPS grade of CSSS for the Select List year 2012. It is, therefore, requested that the below mentioned APAR and the requisite certificate in respect of PS of Select List year 2001 to 2003, for General category and upto 2006 for SC & ST categories, if not already sent, may kindly be forwarded to this Department immediately.
i) Complete APAR upto 2010-2011.
ii) Latest vigilance clearance,
iii) Major/Minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years.
iv) APAR disclosure certificate (in accordance with Deptt. OM No.21011/1/2005- Estt.(A) (Pt.II) dated 14/05/2009).
2. Further, it may be ensured that instruction as provided in this Deptt.OM No.21011/1/2010-Estt (A) Dated 13.4.2010 and No. 11012/11/2007-Estt.A dated 27/09/2011 have also been complied with.
