Bensups Hospital, Dwarka, Delhi removed from empanelled hospital list of CGHS since the hospital refused to provide credit facilities to CGHS beneficiaries
Directorate General of Central Govt Health Scheme has issued an Office Order removing Bensups Hospital, Dwarka, Delhi from the CGHS empanelled hospitals list. It was informed that the hospital shall not provide credit facilities to CGHS beneficiaries.

OFFICE ORDER
Subject: Suspension of Bensups Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi from CGHS empanelment.
With reference to the above mentioned matter the attention is drawn to the Office Memorandum of even number S-11045/36/2012-CGHS (HEC) dated 01.10.2014 vide which Bensups Hospital, New Delhi was empanelled under CGHS, Delhi through e-tender and to state that Bensups Hospital, New Delhi has informed that the hospital shall not provide credit facilities to CGHS beneficiaries. Thus the hospital has refused to follow terms and conditions of empanelment which may cause hardship to CGHS beneficiaries. The matter has been examined in CGHS Directorate and it has been decided to suspend the empanelment of Bensups Hospital, Dwarka under CGHS Delhi with immediate effect till further orders.
The CGHS beneficiaries already admitted in the hospital shall be discharged after completion of their treatment preferably within seven days. The credit bill(s) of CGHS beneficiaries (if any) treated for longer periods would only be accepted with proper justification.
